Super mario

Dan and I stayed up late playing Super Mario 3 last night. I haven't known this kind of frustration since I was 11 yrs old. Oh goodness, I've introduced complete rage back into my life. That wasn't needed. I quit when I was in "iceland" last night.... The game's already hard enough without slipping and sliding around everywhere. Also, to my frustration, I seem to have forgotten where the warp zones are... shucks. I don't think I ever finnished a game without the game genie... Which my friend Kevin borrowed and never gave back.... dang!

When I'm home next week I'm gonna get my old games back. Super Mario/Duck hunt, Yoshi's Cookie...(pretty dumb), Dr. Mario!!!!, Super Mario 2, and there's a few more.

I just realized that I may be a nerd. The "popular girls" in Grade 8 were right when I overheard them talking about me, "Faith's cool, but she's kinda nerdy." They were having a conversation about whether or not they wanted to have me in their clique... Needless to say, I was never part of that group... Nor am I still in Cochrane with kids and no job or education. So meh! Nintendo is awesome!

Why do I feel anxious about Geese?

In the past few days I have come to realize that geese freak me out and make me anxious. They are everywhere. They are beside me when I walk down the sidewalk, on the golf course (i'm a golfer now... I golf!), outside the window of the office... looking at me as I try to work. They are sitting on the roof of a house on our drive to Dan's work in the morning, they are watching me and it's making me anxious.

When I provoke them... 'cause after all, they have been provoking me.... they hiss at me and I swear at them.

Why do I have to share my personal space with geese??? Why!!???????

Although heartwarming, I still believe the geese are out to get me.

Survivor is for bums!

Hey, Just about to go watch survivor. It's the strangest thing. It's like I kind of care who wins, and I'm kind of interrested in the show, but I only enjoy the tribal council... the rest of it sort of bores me. all the challenges are variations of challenges I've seen before... Just doesn't get me all excited anymore.

I'm just waiting on "Survivor Moosonee"!!!! In the wintertime... Or "Survivor Moose Factory", or "Survivor Atawapiskat"!!! Now that would be cool!

Not a Cat-astrophy!

Amerylis made her grand entrance as a CH volunteer today. I think she had fun. She likes the "office" lifestyle. She also did some home visits and office visits with clients. She even sat on an office chair like a supermodel for them. This is the place for her, where people come and go and she can show off.

The highlights of the day for her were as follows;

1) Found a smelly spot on Liz's chair, licked it, and made "the smelly face";

secondly) Took a big dump in the littler box that was provided in the washroom for her;

III.) Screamed and walked around behind my boss when she popped in to get some stuff done;

fourth) Was held by a smelly man....(she was actually pretty nervous looking, I would be too!);

5) Helped Faith organize the files in her desk drawer... she didn't really help, she just sat in the drawer and watched me work;

VI) Helped with paperwork... Orrrr.... Sat on paperwork while Faith was trying to work;

7) Grunted at co-worker.

eight) Grunted at a client's volunteer;

ninthly) Grunted at me... Umph!

FINALLY) Made death-curdling, ear piercing, horrible, nasty, loud, awful, hideous screams in the car ride to and from work!

All so exciting, she should sleep well tonight.

another beautiful day

I'm at home today... got the day off... I have evry monday off. I think I'm going to go for a walk, and I'm making a shirt for me out of dan's old t-shirts... I made one last night, It's really cool. I need to goand buy some sunscreen too... A little red from being outside yesterday. At least I'm not really red, just a little. Gonna have to keep the shoulders covered today.
