Shame Sit Different Pile

Jooje has hacked up a few interresting, strategically placed hairballs this week.
#1). On the stairs; I dang near stepped in it!
#2). In the bedroom doorway, at night; Dan dang near stepped in it.

Both hairballs were turdlike in shape, colour, and consistency.

Dan, if you're reading this, and I'm not home, can you give her some Laxotone?

So, I just Googled my name... the first site listed was a mormon site... why do the cults always get the hype?
I found out that there is an artist/song writer in Philedelphia who shares my name...creepy, I also found a boring biology paper from Liverpool UK written by a Faith Grace. As well as a Lutheran pastor in Ontario.
Anyway, not too exciting.

So, what ever happend to She-ra, Princess of Power. I've noticed that alot of the old cartoons are making a comeback lately. Like Carebears (although they never really went away), and Strawberry Shortcake (I still have the dolls from the first time around).

No TeePees Please... So, I'm wearing my moccasins that I got for Christmas... they have the fur of a Martin on them (aka ferret hair). Anyway, they're really warm. I want to get some that I can actually wear outside.

E.T. Phone home... my fingers are freakishly long, and I'll be the first to admit it. It's a good thing I don't have webbed fingers. They are useful though... I can reach into vending machines and crush the little plastic containers to get a free toy... Also, I've got great pianist fingers.

He's so dreamy... I'm a sucker for great teeth!

Jooje saw a bird this morning and she sat at the window and watched in amazement, I need a bird feeder to entertain her.

ill...Day 2

So, home for the second day. I want to go to work. Doctor gave me antibiotics and sent me home. Slept most of yesterday and watched 'Closer'... I'm sick of watching movies that don't end the way I would like them to.
I'm knitting a baby blanket, don't know who it's for, but somebody will have a baby and I'll have a gift on hand.
Well, today I'm gonna watch The Bold and the Beautiful (trashy? yes... but it keeps me entertained) then I'll probably have a nap, then Oprah, Dr. Phil, and Survivor at 8pm.

I don't know what it is, but I always want to dye my hair when I get bored... Resist the urge! I hate being sick! I think I'm gonna go to work tomorrow just for a couple hours to get some stuff done.

Smells bad:
So I opened my bedroom window and now my room smells like a barnyard, cause the farmer down the road is spraying crap on the field.

Smells good:
I wash my clothes in Tide with Downy in it. I like the smell of April Fresh better than the other one they sell... Cool Breeze or something like that. I bought Cool Breeze and used it and realized that I like the smell of April Fresh better. Next time I'll buy April Fresh again.

ill circumstance

So, I'm sick. I knew my time would come eventually. I got the flu shot this year and have not been near as sick as I normally am over the winter. Eventhough I've been bombarded with sick people. Incredible!
So, yesterday I felt like I had a lump in my throat when I swallowed... then by the end of the day my throat was freakin' sore and this morning it's so swollen that I can feel my tonsils touch when I swallow. I really didn't want to use my sick time at work yet but I don't have the choice. I get to go see the doctor at 11:00 this morning! yippeee! (i'm really not that excited... just hope i don't have to pee in a cup or anything.)
I haven't called in sick yet cause there's nobody at work. Oh the joys of SIL (independant living)
How do you call in sick when there's nobody there to take the call?? Ah, the complexities of this life. Well, at least I have an excuse to eat only iced cream all day... maybe even tomorrow. Honestly, it's not worth it, I'd rather be at work, and considered going, but I'm in alot of pain.... Pain in the neck.

wild dreams

So, in the past few days my dreams have been messed up. Maybe it's cause I've been watching movies before I go to sleep...I don't know. I wake up after each dream and they are like sitcoms...In some of them I am the star! so I wake up not feeling very rested and my mind is full of memories of crazy dreams. I had one dream, just before I woke up today where I went to ask a peremedic what was going on with my nose. Cause it was blowing air out one nostril constantly...sounded like an air mattress being emptied of it's air. And I couldn't stop it unless I put my finger up there to stop the air leak. Anyway, I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance with four peremedics in it and we somehow cameto a solution to the problem... they made me wear a funny mask... then i went back to work.
Strange... but not as strage as the dream I had about Karen and I a few years ago... that was an awesome dream. We were smuggling nuclear warheads out of an army base and into a pickup truck. SO COOL!

oh well, i just want to stop dreaming for a night so i can get a good sleep.

So, today at work I was asked if I know how to swim. I replied, "Yes, I know how to swim." my client then asked, "Saife, (she can't say faith) do you swim in a lake or in poo?" (obviously she can't say pool either) to which I replied, "I do NOT swim in poo!"..... She laughed, then we worked on how to pronounce POOL... poollllllll.

So I heard a song on the radio today... I heard it a while ago but didn't catch the artists name... So, I risked being late for work and waited in the car... and... sure enough I found out who it was!! I said to myself, "Faith, you're going to go out and buy that CD today!" So I went into work... early! Fancy that!! And seached this girl's name online... cause after all, that's what the computer at work is for... and after spelling her name wrong a few times I finally got it right. It's Anna Nalick, http://www.annanalick.com/, she'll be on Regis and Kelly next Wednesday.... but her CD isn't out 'till Tuesday!!! Ah... poop! I kinda wanted it now. The song is called '2am' and the album is 'Wreck of the Day'... Alas, I can't have it 'till Tuesday!?

Jooje is on crack and Amerylis doesn't care

So, If you've read Dan's blog, then you'd know that Jooje has a weakness for the "nip" (street name for catnip). Man, was she nutty last night. I tried to get it away from her an she swat at me. Amerylis doesn't enjoy the toy as much as Jooje though. Jooje wasn't really herself this morning either... a little friendlier than usual. She's probably playing me for some more drugs.

I was looking for the catnip toy this morning and couln'd find it anywhere... A little worried that she's put it up her bum... I did find some airline tickets to Mexico in her castle...
